We use LedgerSync to download statements, check images, and deposit images. Learn how to connect your accounts to LedgerSync.
Choose which method to add an account
There are 4 options to add accounts, but really we only need to select option 1 or option 2 to connect accounts:
- Statements & Transactions - This will be the most common option and will be used for nearly all clients (even if they use Chase and Capital One).
- Premium Bank Connections - We will use this method for the accounts that are not supported by Finicity or for accounts that Ledgersync supports deposit and check image downloads.
- Chase Statements - We will use this method to connect Chase to get the statements. You will be prompted to download statements upon completion of step 1.
- Capital One Statements - We will use this method to connect Capital One to get the statements. We get the transaction detail by selecting the first option above. You will be prompted to download statements upon completion of step 1.
