How to provide access to your Louisiana sales tax account

In order for us to administer your Louisiana sales tax account, we need to be added to your account.

  1. Log in to LaTAP.
  2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
  3. Click on the "Manage Users" link.
  4. Click on the "Add User" button.
  5. Enter your accountant's name, email address, and taxpayer identification number (TIN).
  6. Select the "Administrative Access" checkbox.
  7. Click on the "Submit" button.

Your accountant will receive an email with a link to create a LaTAP account. Once they have created an account, they will be able to log in and access your sales tax information.
