How to transfer your Xero subscription to us

We pay for your Xero subscription while we work together. Follow these instructions during the onboarding process.


Click the organization name and select Subscription and billing.

Next, click Manage Subscription.

Click the menu icon Xero HQ menu icon, then select Request transfer.

Enter the name of the new subscriber and their email address, then click Request transfer.

At the end of our engagement, we will transfer your subscription back to you, so you or your new accountant can take it over. All of the data is preserved in your Xero account, and the only thing that changes is who pays for the ongoing subscription.
